Since 1968, Aurora Aviation and Aurora Flight Training have been providing flight students in the greater Portland area with exceptional flight training and aircraft rental services. Located in the beautiful Willamette river basin, about 20 miles south of downtown Portland, Oregon, Aurora Flight Training is home to some of the most experienced and passionate flight instructors in the business.

Whether you’re taking an introductory flight or making your way through our Commercial course, you can expect training that caters to your specific financial needs, schedule, and learning style. 1 – Cirrus SR20/22

Aircraft Rental Fee: $144-$375/hr2

Instructors Available:

24 Instructors // $60/hr for instruction (flight school takes about 45%).
